It is a separate web-based monitoring and decision support system software that integrates the above databases in an easy-to-manage way through the Administration Panel.

The 4 key components of the monitoring system will be as listed below:

  • GIS Based Monitoring (Map-based regional infrastructure and superstructure facilities, Administrative Borders, Warehouse and Measurable Sub-Zones)
  • Flow-Pressure Monitoring (Min Night Flow-MNF, Flow, Pressure, Potential Leak Calculation)
  • Water Balance Monitoring (Reporting Based on Water Tanks and Isolated Metering Zones - IWA Water Balance, Water Losses Monitoring)
  • Performance Monitoring (Infrastructure Leakage Index - ILI, Non-Revenue Water - GGS, Failure Frequency Index - ASI, Loss Monitoring - Monthly/Daily)
