ODAKENT Inc.
ODAKENT is an R&D company that serves to meet the increasing need for quality planning and qualified management in the field of "Infrastructure and Environmental Management" of "Smart City" technology. We develop "Corporate" solutions and products based on Smart Map technology, which includes Turkey's own experience, and train specialized personnel.
Founded in 2010 in ITU Arı Teknokent, we are still serving in the same place.
We develop map-supported geographic information, monitoring, analysis and reporting system applications related to the geographical inventory and management of existing infrastructure needed by Water and Sewerage Administrations and Natural Gas, Electricity and Telecom companies.
We continue to develop our products under the registered trademarks ODAGIS+, ODAPLAN+, ODAWEB+.
Our company continues to work on infrastructure/environmental planning, management and software development with its staff with many years of private sector, public and academic experience.
With ODAKENT solutions and products, we continue to serve millions of people uninterruptedly and successfully in many infrastructure organizations in Turkey and abroad.

He has worked as a coordinator in national and international projects in public and private sectors in the field of GIS and Infrastructure Planning/Projecting.
Olcay Ebcin
Chief Technology Officer
He worked as GIS Branch Manager in the public sector and as a lead software developer in national and international GIS projects in the private sector.
Orhan C. Göktaş
Planning and Project Manager
He worked as Canal Project Branch Manager in the public sector and project coordinator in national and international infrastructure projects in the private sector.
